I spent April 2022 doing inpatient therapy for PTSD. During that time I used a Dirtywave M8 to record this collection of binaural drones and soundscapes. When I returned home I put the stems in my DAW for further mixing and refinement and now present them to you. The binaural frequencies chosen are excellent for meditation and focus so this collection is suitable listening for studying, reading, meditating, soaking in the tub or anytime you want to unwind and relax. Headphones are recommended for maximum effect.
